1. Orders and Contract Formation
Order confirmation: Orders on this site are considered confirmed upon completion of payment. Product inventory will not be reserved until payment is finalized.
Confirmation notice: After successful payment, an “Order Confirmation” notification will be automatically sent to your registered email address. This notification only indicates that we have received your order information.
Shipping rights: The Site reserves the right to fulfill or decline any order (e.g., due to insufficient inventory, pricing errors, or force majeure).
2. Shipping and Undelivered Packages
Shipping address: Please ensure you provide a correct and deliverable address. Any additional shipping costs arising from incorrect address information will be borne by the customer.
Returned packages: If a package is returned due to non-collection or incorrect recipient information, it will be treated as a “non-defective return.” In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, we will deduct round-trip shipping costs, packaging material fees, and payment processing fees from the refund amount, with the remainder credited to your member account.
3. Returns and Refunds

4. Gift Cards, Coupons, and Store Credit
Digital products: Gift cards, coupons, and store credit issued by this site are digital service products. Once sold or distributed, they are not eligible for return, cancellation, or cash redemption.
Usage rules:
- Gift cards are code-based. Please keep them safe; lost codes cannot be reissued.
- Coupon conditions (such as discount limits, validity periods, and minimum purchase thresholds) are as specified on the respective promotion page or the coupon itself.
- Store credit can be used to offset purchases on any product. Validity is determined by system records (typically one year from the date of issuance) and expires automatically after that period.
