Quality Commitment Statement

To ensure every customer receives the highest quality fragrance experience, Oyster Pink Studio (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) has established the following return and refund policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms of this policy.

1. Quality Commitment and Non-Resale Policy

Oyster Pink Studio insists that all fragrance products must be stored under consistent temperature and stable conditions. Given that temperature fluctuations and physical impact during shipping may affect the fragrance structure, and to protect the rights and hygiene standards for all customers:

This site strictly prohibits the resale of any returned products.

Once a product has been shipped via logistics, whether opened or sealed, any product that enters the reverse logistics process (return) will be treated as a consumed item and will never be restocked or resold to another customer.

2. Return Costs and Fee Deductions

Based on the quality commitment above, if a return is requested for personal reasons (not due to product defects such as damage or deterioration), or if an order is cancelled after shipping or settlement, you agree that the following necessary costs will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Shipping and packaging costs: Including outbound and return shipping fees, as well as packaging material disposal costs. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping to our Taiwan warehouse.
  • Payment processing fees: Per payment processor regulations, a 3% transaction fee based on the total order amount will be deducted.

Refund formula: Actual refund = Original order amount - (Shipping + Packaging fees) - (Total order amount x 3% processing fee)

3. Refund Method: Store Credit

After we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned product, the remaining balance (after deducting the above fees) will be refunded uniformly as “Oyster Pink Studio Store Credit.”

  • Store credit will be directly credited to your member account.
  • Store credit has no expiration date and can be fully applied to your next purchase.
  • We do not offer cash refunds or PayPal chargebacks (except for defective product exchanges).

4. Digital Products and Special Exclusions

The following product categories are not eligible for returns:

  • Digital services: Gift cards, coupons, store credit, and other virtual products are considered delivered upon issuance or purchase and are non-refundable.
  • Opened personal hygiene products: For hygiene reasons, products with broken seals cannot be returned.

5. Return Application Process

This site uses manual customer service review. To apply for a return/exchange or report a product defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a direct message to our official Instagram account @oysterpinkstudio.
  2. Please include: your order number, reason for the request, and photos of the product's current condition (if reporting a defect).
  3. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours and assist with the process.
